Plain-English terms that govern your use of Mapread. We'll keep this short and update it transparently when anything material changes.
1. What Mapread is
Mapread is a directional pre-match analyst for League of Legends. We publish qualitative reads (Strong lean, Lean, Watch, Coinflip) before matches start, and we grade ourselves in public. We are not a tipster service, a betting or trading advisor, or a financial advisor.
2. Not financial advice
Match calls are commentary. You alone are responsible for any positions or decisions you take. We do not guarantee outcomes; the calibration data is historical and may not predict future results.
3. Eligibility
Use of Mapread requires that you be of legal age in your jurisdiction. Where trading or wagering on esports markets is restricted, this product is for informational use only.
4. Account & subscription
- Free tier requires no account.
- Paid tier (when launched) is billed via Stripe and cancellable from the settings page; access continues through the end of the billing period.
- We reserve the right to terminate accounts engaged in abuse, scraping, or attempting to bypass paid features.
5. Intellectual property
The Mapread brand, methodology, and synthesized analysis are our intellectual property. Underlying public data (match results, stats) belongs to its respective sources (Liquipedia, Oracle's Elixir, etc.).
6. Changes
Material changes to these terms will be announced via email to registered users and dated on this page.
